Ethiopian Records debuts on 1432 R with a beautiful EP covering a range of styles and rhythms. Traditional Ethiopian folk music, and dub heavy electronics anchor Endeguena Mulu's sound; he also lists Amon Tobin, Mulatu Astatke, Asnaketch Worku, J Dilla, Kode 9, Francis Bebey, and Alemayehu Eshete as heavy influences. Qen Sew, which translates as "good-hearted" or "kind-hearted person", is dedicated to Mulu's father.
